I think how it's funny that someone who sounds like a lobbyist for bamboo comes in and drops this thread. Why? Because it is more like a market report than anything useful for improving technical knowledge on the forum. Predicting bamboo behavior is like predicting the weather because there are no standards for manufacturing across the board. When the crap fails who gets the blame, the contractor 95% of the time. Oh the moisture meter was set to the right setting, but wait the strand woven from x manufacturer is not the same as y manufacturer. But the only standard setting known from the meter company is x product, so what do you do? The only defense is to avoid products with high failure rates. It's an absolute tragedy to see that predictability of behavior in flooring has become the lowest priority in favor of constantly producing untested products and using the consumer and contractor as a guinea pig.
