One source says during heating season, the Rh/t should be limited to 35%/70f. That means, not above 35%.
Interesting, for carpet, not above 40% to keep it dry to be healthy for people and pets when installed on concrete.
The word "limited". Limited to, means not above. This is to prevent moisture damage.
